Contractor Saw PALS

When aligning a Contractor Saw, nothing will make the job as easy as our PALS kit. It provides you with a simple way to get the rear trunnion perfectly aligned using a pair of "micro-adjusting" screws at the ends of the rear trunnion. The PALS will allow you to align your saw perfectly in a few minutes of your time with little effort.

In the picture to the left, you see a complete PALS kit (minus Instructions). All you will need in addition to the kit is a wrench, a few drops of "thread locking" compound, a few minutes of your time, and (hopefully) a dial indicator to make sure the saw's alignment is perfect.

Normally, the table saw aligner uses some pretty rough techniques to adjust their saw. With the PALS on your saw, "pounding" the trunnion into place using a hammer & block of wood are gone forever!

Note: On imported saws, there are different PALS kits for some models of the same saw,depending on when the saw was manufactured. To insure you order the right PALS kit, we recommend that you look at the parts manual for your saw. Normally, the trunnion bolts will be listed as either 5/16", 3/8", or 8mm. If your manual is unclear as to which bolts are used to hold the rear trunnion, we recommend you remove (just one) of the trunnion bolts and then try different nuts on it to find the thread size. We do not pay return shipping for PALS kits that are returned because the incorrect bolt size was ordered.
